As Technical Sales Support, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and commercial success – ensuring our pump solutions meet the specific needs of clients in mining and related industries.<h3>Your Key Responsibilities </h3> <b>Technical Pre-Sales Support</b> 
<ul> 
 <li>Assist sales teams with technical documentation, tender preparation, and proposal development</li> 
 <li>Recommend optimal pumping configurations based on client needs</li> 
 <li>Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients</li> 
</ul> <b>Customer Liaison</b> 
<ul> 
 <li>Act as the technical go-to person for customers before, during, and after sales</li> 
 <li>Offer support during execution and commissioning phases</li> 
 <li>Follow up with clients to ensure performance, satisfaction, and long-term engagement</li> 
</ul> <b>Documentation &amp; Quotation</b> 
<ul> 
 <li>Prepare accurate quotations, cost breakdowns, system layouts, and technical datasheets</li> 
 <li>Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) for timely responses</li> 
 <li>Maintain organized technical records and sales documentation</li> 
</ul> <b>Product &amp; Market Insight</b> 
<ul> 
 <li>Stay up to date with company solutions and their applications in mining and heavy industries</li> 
 <li>Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to ensure a competitive edge</li> 
</ul> <b>Training &amp; Support</b> 
<ul> 
 <li>Train sales teams and clients on system features, application engineering, and maintenance</li> 
 <li>Support after-sales teams with troubleshooting and field advice when needed</li> 
</ul> 
<h3> Your Profile </h3> 
<ul> 
 <li>Technical education (university or vocational), preferably mechanical or industrial engineering</li> 
 <li>Experience in technical support or pre-sales in pump systems is a strong advantage</li> 
 <li>Excellent communication skills – both technical and business-oriented</li> 
 <li>Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset</li> 
 <li>Team player with a high level of personal integrity</li> 
 <li>Native Greek speaker; English at B2 level or higher</li> 
 <li>Bulgarian language is a plus</li> 
 <li>Willingness to travel across the region up to 50% </li>
