As Technical Sales Support, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and commercial success – ensuring our pump solutions meet the specific needs of clients in mining and related industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales Support
  • Assist sales teams with technical documentation, tender preparation, and proposal development
  • Recommend optimal pumping configurations based on client needs
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients
Customer Liaison
  • Act as the technical go-to person for customers before, during, and after sales
  • Offer support during execution and commissioning phases
  • Follow up with clients to ensure performance, satisfaction, and long-term engagement
Documentation & Quotation
  • Prepare accurate quotations, cost breakdowns, system layouts, and technical datasheets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) for timely responses
  • Maintain organized technical records and sales documentation
Product & Market Insight
  • Stay up to date with company solutions and their applications in mining and heavy industries
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to ensure a competitive edge
Training & Support
  • Train sales teams and clients on system features, application engineering, and maintenance
  • Support after-sales teams with troubleshooting and field advice when needed

Your Profile

  • Technical education (university or vocational), preferably mechanical or industrial engineering
  • Experience in technical support or pre-sales in pump systems is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills – both technical and business-oriented
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
  • Team player with a high level of personal integrity
  • Native Greek speaker; English at B2 level or higher
  • Bulgarian language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel across the region up to 50%
