As Technical Sales Support, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering and commercial success – ensuring our pump solutions meet the specific needs of clients in mining and related industries.Your Key Responsibilities
Technical Pre-Sales Support- Assist sales teams with technical documentation, tender preparation, and proposal development
- Recommend optimal pumping configurations based on client needs
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients
- Act as the technical go-to person for customers before, during, and after sales
- Offer support during execution and commissioning phases
- Follow up with clients to ensure performance, satisfaction, and long-term engagement
- Prepare accurate quotations, cost breakdowns, system layouts, and technical datasheets
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) for timely responses
- Maintain organized technical records and sales documentation
- Stay up to date with company solutions and their applications in mining and heavy industries
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to ensure a competitive edge
- Train sales teams and clients on system features, application engineering, and maintenance
- Support after-sales teams with troubleshooting and field advice when needed
Your Profile
- Technical education (university or vocational), preferably mechanical or industrial engineering
- Experience in technical support or pre-sales in pump systems is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills – both technical and business-oriented
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
- Team player with a high level of personal integrity
- Native Greek speaker; English at B2 level or higher
- Bulgarian language is a plus
- Willingness to travel across the region up to 50%
