JOB SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by selling equipment, disposables, software and services across the Cell Saver and Haemostasis portfolios.
Acting as both a commercial and clinical partner, the TSM influences standards of care, supports product adoption, trains customers and provides ongoing clinical support to ensure long-term customer success.

JOB SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by selling equipment, disposables, software and services across the Cell Saver and Haemostasis portfolios.
Acting as both a commercial and clinical partner, the TSM influences standards of care, supports product adoption, trains customers and provides ongoing clinical support to ensure long-term customer success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory & Account Management
- Own full territory performance including revenue growth, profitability and account management
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical users, decision makers and senior leadership
- Grow existing business while identifying and converting new opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally (especially with Clinical Specialists) to deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities
- Lead product evaluations, trials and contract negotiations
- Increase product utilisation and expand portfolio penetration within existing accounts
- Educate customers on products, clinical value, workflows and industry trends
- Provide structured feedback to Sales, Marketing and R&D on customer needs, product performance and competitive landscape
- Deliver clinical training to customers to ensure safe, effective and compliant use of products
- Support customers during onboarding, initial cases, evaluations and post-installation phases
- Provide ongoing clinical support to reinforce adoption, optimise usage and address clinical or workflow challenges
- Act as a trusted clinical resource, identifying training needs and supporting best practices in daily use
- Minimum 5 years' successful experience in medical device sales
- Proven background in consultative, capital and clinical sales within acute care environments
- Experience in cardiology and haemostasis management strongly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with advanced clinical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory, drive pipelines and execute strategic sales plans
- High level of clinical and technical aptitude to train customers and support product usage
- Excellent collaboration, organisation and project management skills
