As a Customer Support Manager at Trayport, you will be a vital member of our Technical Client Management team, providing exceptional support to our demanding and quality-conscious clients. This client-facing role involves daily interaction, offering support and guidance, and resolving issues within business-critical production environments. You will own the technical relationship with your clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.
Responsibilities
You are a highly motivated and skilled individual with a proven track record in technical customer service. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Ideally, you also have experience with basic system operations and familiarity with Linux system environments and troubleshooting (including log file analysis). Knowledge of shell scripting and programming (Python) is a plus. Candidates with a Windows background will be considered, but must be willing to learn Linux.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, cultivating and managing the technical relationship.
- Provide high-level technical consultancy to clients and internal stakeholders, including product configuration and training.
- Actively contribute to internal projects and company initiatives, helping to improve team processes and policies.
- Deliver professional and efficient technical support to high-profile financial institutions, traders, interdealer brokers, and exchanges.
- Ensure all requests are handled in a professional, disciplined, efficient, and process-oriented manner.
