Key Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of the NCM process and applications
• Collaborating with various teams to improve solution offerings
• Translating user requirements into IT requirements
• Providing training and supporting organizational change management
• Be part of a global team in constant evolution to address changes and improvements in the non-conformance management landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience understanding the Business Process landscape and quality management
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Customer-centric with a hands-on approach
• Experience working in diverse and virtual teams
• Excellent communication in English and collaboration abilities

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP QM
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods
• Understanding of Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 and ISO 10002
• Process knowledge in manufacturing or quality management
