About the Role:

As the SAP Business Unit Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our enterprise solutions division, overseeing business development, team leadership, and delivery excellence. You will work closely with key stakeholders across Europe, with the freedom and responsibility to craft strategies that elevate our SAP business to new heights.

Your Mission:

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the SAP Business Unit
• Lead and inspire a team of SAP consultants, architects, and project managers
• Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Stay at the forefront of SAP trends and continuously innovate our service offerings
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in managing SAP programs or business units
• Deep understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, etc.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of growing revenue and building strategic partnerships
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of English and Czech proficiencies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
