Job Description

EVENT PLANNING & ORGANIZATION

You'll be responsible for the plan and coordination of all training events end-to-end, including venue selection, catering, activities, and materials.

ANNUAL TRAINING PLAN & COORDINATION

You'll be responsible for scheduling training sessions and manage complex calendars across trainers, participants, and managers. You'll also develop and use training participation reports to map out training needs, forecast participation, and optimize scheduling.

STAKEHOLER & VENDOR MANAGMENT

You'll regularly align with senior management, manage internal subject matter experts and external trainers, negotiate with and manage external agencies and vendors.

COMMUNICATION

You'll drive internal communication and promotion of training programs on our Learning Management System (Intellum) and Intranet (MS Sharepoint) to ensure awareness and high engagement as well as organize and facilitate regular feedback sessions with trainers, participants and management to continuously improve our programs while building strong relationships and acting as the go-to contact for all training-related logistics and coordination.

Qualifications

Completed commercial training, high school degree (HAK/HLW Matura, kaufmännische Lehre, HAS Abschluss)

Excellent English skills, German is a plus

Excellent MS Office skills, especially Power Point & Excel

Interest in Learning and Development and Talent Management topics

Organizational skills and a high level of commitment to handle tasks reliably and flexibly

Experience in planning events and the logistics around it

Communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain a global network as well as the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders on all hierarchy levels

Analytical skills

Enthusiastic, confident personality and a Team Player

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.195 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
