We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager (Native Russian Speaker) to join our team in Vienna. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence within Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets, focusing on client acquisition and long-term partnership development in the iGaming sector.
Knowing the fundamentals of digital advertising - such as CPM, traffic sources, media buying, and campaign optimization - is a must have. Ideally you already have experiencewithin the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities
After an in-depth onboarding and training with our Global Business Development Director, you will:
- Identify and acquire new clients within Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking markets.
- Execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Present and sell digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings (online & offline).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- A strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals (CPM, CPC, CPA, traffic types, media buying, etc.) is mandatory.
- Previous experience as sales/marketing manager, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- A strong enthusiasm for learning, coupled with a dedication to ongoing improvement and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and attend events.
- Native-level proficiency in Russian and a very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Vienna-based, ideally with an existing work permit.
