About the Role

As Sales Manager DACH (all genders) at Hilton Hotels Austria, you'll play a key role in shaping the commercial success of our Vienna Cluster properties. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across key sales-influenced segments-specifically within the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)-for both transient and group business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality sales professional to join a leading international brand and contribute to strategic growth in a dynamic, competitive market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts (Business Travel - LNR & CNR), government, and consortia clients, focusing on DACH markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets tailored to the DACH region
  • Negotiate corporate and government rate agreements in line with Hilton commercial strategy and market standards
  • Represent the Hilton Vienna Cluster at trade shows, client events, and roadshows in the DACH region
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Hilton Worldwide Sales and internal stakeholders
  • Support MICE business acquisition from DACH clients where required
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and regular client meetings
  • Drive adoption of Hilton4Business to enhance loyalty and booking efficiency
  • Utilize Agency360 and RFP tools to identify opportunities and grow volume
  • Transition from static to dynamic IBT contracts where applicable
What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales, ideally in corporate, consortia, or government segments
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client visits and events
Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in cluster/multi-property environments
  • Knowledge of Austrian and international business travel markets
  • Work permit for Austria
  • Current Hilton team member
Education & Experience:

  • A-Level or diploma in Tourism/Hospitality/Business
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality sales
Compensation

Your monthly gross minimum salary, according to the collective agreement (FT, Hotel & Catering Industry), is €2,852.00 (All-in). However, we guarantee an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.

The role is also part of a Sales Incentive Scheme, offering attractive bonuses based on performance.
