Your Mission

High performance Sales Manager for Thermal and Mechanism products:
• Successfully acquires new customers
• Grows existing customer accounts
• Monitors continously the market and trends -
• Creates analysis and sets corner stone for further strategic directions
• Create profitable business including long term price strategy by creating and executing Capture Plans
• Establish new contacts and efficiently manage in a cooperative manner Capture Teams (with Key Account Managers, Project, and Product)
• Responsible for Bid/No bid Decision Gate and Cost/Price strategy Decision Gate
• Establish customer proposals, including pricing, cover letter, terms & conditions etc.
• Coordinate negotiations and lead them until contract signature
• Build customer networks and keep updated on customer need - regular customer F2F meetings
• Report prospect funnel development and manage CRM
• Predict Sales New Order
• Meet Space customers in Europe, US and Asia and develop RFI/RFQ/RFP
• Expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence on the market

Most important output
• Secure Pipeline and bid Management process
• Proposal management all the way to contract

Your Story
• BS/MS degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a M&S position or project management experience
• Able to endorse technical perspective for negotiating with Engineering / Procurement teams from customer.
• At least 25% of business trip is foreseen
• Experience as Sales Manager, PM or Engineer would be an asset.
• Legal experience for NDA's and contractual clauses in business related manner

Nice to have's:
• Knowledge of the Beyond Gravity portfolio, and insight into Beyond Gravity competitors
• Good business sense
• Previous experience in the space industry and/or defense industry would be an asset (mandatory for Senior position)
