As a Sales Manager you work closely with our Meeting and Events Team. Together you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and signing new partnerships for our living, working, and meeting propositions at Zoku Vienna. You will help to fill all lofts, social and meeting spaces with contracts and individual proposals from our ideal target audiences like: Entertainment industry, corporate business, international relocations, and temporary expat housing.

Be proactive: Reach-out, attract and close partnerships and deals with innovative companies with a focus on the MICE and Entertainment industry. Give exciting and informative tours of facilities to potential clients and stakeholders, while keeping partners engaged and up to date with Zoku. Building relationships with key players in Vienna's entertainment industry, showcasing Zoku's unique offerings tailored to their specific needs, and leveraging the city's vibrant cultural scene to attract creative professionals.
Keep your admin in check: Keep our CRM (Salesforce) up to date with current and new leads for potential partnerships & provide occupancy forecast reports.
Explore new horizons: Organize fam trips and visit conferences, trade shows and network events for potential partnerships.
Be part of the commercial Triangle: Together with the Meeting & Events Specialist and Sales Director you ensure seamless integration and alignment of sales strategies across all three areas (accommodation, meetings, and events).

- Our Lofts function for various lengths of stays: from hotel stay, to short stay, to long stay. Focusing on our growth strategies, you will help ensure we get a strategic combination of all business types throughout the calendar year.
- On top of attracting business for accommodation, you will also be responsible for getting local, Vienna-based businesses to routinely use our rooftop Meeting & Event Spaces.
- You will also attract international companies who want to experience the Future of Work.
- You'll report to our General Manager and will liaise with the Sales Director on many sales topics.

- You have extraordinarily strong communication and writing skills.
- You are fluent in both German and English, other languages are a plus.
