Sales Executive - Seekda

We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team at Seekda in Vienna as we embark on our next exciting stage of growth!

This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll own everything from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, solution design, and close. Success is measured by new ARR, win rate, pipeline coverage and sales velocity. There's no room for passengers. Here is a little window into our company: Seekda is a hospitality SaaS provider serving independent hotels across Europe. Our platform includes a booking engine, channel manager, AI guest engagement tools, a PMS for small and mid-sized properties, and integrated payment solutions. With a strong market presence in Austria, we are expanding aggressively across Germany, the UK, Nordics, Italy and the Middle East. We are now strengthening our commercial team with a high-calibre full-cycle Sales Executive. Seekda was acquired by Valsoft and is now part of the Aspire Software portfolio. The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Austria, working in a hybrid work model from our office in Vienna!

What your day will look like:

Pipeline generation and qualification
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound outreach, digital prospecting and partner channels
  • Qualify inbound leads with urgency and discipline
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM hygiene in HubSpot
Sales execution
  • Run discovery to understand customer needs, decision criteria and buying processes
  • Deliver compelling demos of Seekda's platform, tailored to hotel type, market and stack
  • Scope solutions and build proposals that articulate ROI and commercial benefits
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
  • Execute structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC-light, SPIN or equivalent)
Forecasting and reporting
  • Maintain accurate forecasting with clear next steps and timelines
  • Report on pipeline health, activities, conversion metrics and risks
  • Work closely with CRO and marketing to refine ICP, personas and messaging
Cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing on outbound sequences, campaigns and events
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handover and high-quality onboarding
  • Provide structured feedback to the product regarding market trends and customer needs
About You:

Must-have
  • 3+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales, ideally in hospitality tech, hotel SaaS or related verticals
  • Proven track record closing net-new ARR in the €100k-€400k range annually
  • Strong prospecting muscle and confidence using outreach tools and sequences
  • Experience delivering structured discovery and high-impact product demos
  • Strong commercial instincts: qualification, negotiation, objection handling
  • Comfortable working in competitive markets (Germany, UK, Italy or Nordics a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget
  • Great attention to detail and planning skills
  • Strong work ethic, organized, and focused
  • At least an advanced professional level of English, written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in Austria
Nice-to-have
  • German language skillset to a professional level
  • Experience selling PMS, channel managers, booking engines or hotel operations tools
  • Experience working with partners, resellers or affiliates
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
  • Annual quota achievement: €250k+ new ARR
  • Pipeline coverage: 3x rolling target
  • Sales velocity: meaningful movement weekly
  • Forecast accuracy: within 10 to 15 percent
  • Time to ramp: first deals closed within 90 to 120 days
