Sales Coordinator Pharmacy (German speaking) (m/f/d)

This position reports to the Key Account Manager OTC and is based in Vienna, Austria.

What You Will Do

The Job Title is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Providing overall support to the sales team (key account & Sales Reps) with sales analyses, tracking and preparation of presentations for customer meetings

• Support Sales Team execution of excellent roll out of defined promotion strategies and conduct post-analyses

• Preparation of national offers for pharmacies

• Maintenance an execution of visit strategy in the CRM system

• Preparation and coordination of customer letters to pharmacies

• Coordination of different sales projects

• Various administrative tasks (check and coordinating invoices, creating PO's etc.)

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Higher vocational training (economics) or university degree (or comparable) in economics

• 1-3 years job experience as assistant for Key Account, Category Management, Trade Marketing within pharmaceutical or FMCG industry

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (excel, power point)

• German and English fluent

• Act with speed and business acumen

• Show "Can-do-attitude" and one-team-thinking

• Setting effectively clear priorities for assigned tasks and projects

• Be able to deal with ambiguity and change

• Actively gather and share business /project / task related information and share it with relevant team members

• High motivation to learn and grow

• Well organized and strong coordination skills and ability to handle deadlines on time

• Team player and hands-on mentality

• Ability to reflect, learn and grow

• Ability to take initiative and be able to own a project

• Ability to cope with a fast moving, complex environment as well as ambiguity and change

• Understanding / interest in pharma / FMCG business

Desired Qualifications

• French language is a plus
