At onsemi our Sales Account Managers are critical to our success within the company. We're looking for a salesperson who will aggressively pursue opportunities and position us to win at key automotive accounts. The successful candidate will be a proven winner who gets results and builds relationships.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Global Account Manager and Global team to execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at a key assigned customer.
• Manage and coordinate support through ON's sales and engineering network.
• Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' organization and departments.
• Lead new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customers R&D and design centers in NA.
• Work closely and support Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree or appropriate combination of education and approximately up to 5 years of related experience.
- Good communication skills and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor products.
- Excellent relationship building skills, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Self motivated, able to work remotely.
- Familiarity with MicrosoftOffice tools.
- Experience with systems such as Oracle, SalesForce, Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent English conversation skills.
- German language skills are also appreciated.
