Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a high-performing Retail Media & Partnerships team in Austria, overseeing commercial strategy, sales, and execution.
- Drive B2B revenue growth by building and closing deals with FMCGs, financial institutions, and media agencies.
- Own key agency relationships to unlock media budgets from CPG clients across multiple verticals.
- Act as the commercial lead for all local partner-funded deals, campaign sponsorships, and advertising inventory sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Q-Commerce, Ad Ops, and Marketing teams.
- Use performance data and insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen partner value.
- Act as the country-level owner of Retail Media strategy, reporting into the regional lead and working closely with the Austria Managing Director.
- ±8 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or key account management within FMCG, media, payments, e-commerce, or digital advertising.
- Proven ability to sell to CPGs, financial institutions, and media agencies, with a strong commercial instinct.
- Experience managing or engaging with media agencies that control CPG media budgets.
- Strong understanding of retail media monetization, ad sales, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and comfort using data to build strategic narratives. You're a proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills.
- Fluent in German and English.

- Based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), we offer an annual gross salary starting minimum €65,000 (all-in) depending on qualifications and experience, noting that the offer range can be flexible. In addition, you will receive a profit share in the form of a share package.
