Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing service team
- Implement and uphold service standards in line with brand expectations
- Drive guest satisfaction and respond effectively to feedback
- Manage daily administration including rotas, cost control, and reporting
- Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Champion sustainability, hygiene, and compliance in the restaurant
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a busy restaurant or hotel F&B setting
- Strong people management and team development skills
- A guest-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
- Enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready to lead from the front
