Your Responsibilities:
Guest Reception:
Professionally and politely welcome and bid farewell to guests, visitors, and staff. Handle phone calls and general inquiries. Maintain a log of visitors and callers' information, verify IDs, and direct them to relevant locations.Reception Area Maintenance:
Ensure the reception area and guest lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times, presenting a professional and civilized image of the organization.Mail Distribution:
Receive daily and weekly newspapers, registered mail, and distribute them to the relevant staff according to organizational policy.Escort Visitors:
Accompany guests and visitors to their designated locations in coordination with building security.Phone Directory Management:
Develop and update a special log of phone numbers for staff, prominent figures, and key institutions related to the organization.Airport and Train Station Reception:
Attend airports and train stations to welcome guests as directed by the line manager.Attendance Monitoring:
Oversee staff attendance by ensuring proper sign-in and sign-out procedures.
