  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your territory, including budgeting and monthly forecasting
  • Organize product presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Identify new clients and negotiate successful commercial agreements in the field of pump systems
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations (RFPs/RFQs) and technical/commercial proposals
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and competitor activity using CRM and internal systems
  • Actively participate in trade shows, marketing campaigns, and customer events to promote brand and product awareness

    Who We're Looking For

    • A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial pump sales or trading
    • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
    • Self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • High level of integrity, reliability, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
    • Native Serbian speaker; English proficiency at B2 level or higher
