Leading a team of technical experts focused on plasma dry etching (ETC) & ashing (ASH)
- Delegating & prioritizing tasks in order to accomplish the group goals (participation to FAB goals; line control deliverables; etc.)
- Continuously improve the single process performance of ETC & ASH (e.g. SPC & FDC improvement, FMEA, etc.)
- Working in a cross-functional environment, such as development projects, etc.
- Demand & encourage employees
- Connect and align workstreams with other work groups (e.g. first level process colleagues or counterparts in lithography)
- Maintain single process performance by applying SPC, FDC, etc.
- Identify and drive single process improvements
- Support productivity goals of our in-house production
- (re-) qualification of single processes along the change management guidelines
- Maintain related controlled documents (e.g.; control plan; FMEA; WSP; etc.) & general documentation
- Gain and further improve in-depth single process knowledge
- Support of single process development
- Finished education in a technical field, such as physics, chemistry, process technology, etc. (higher academical grades appreciated)
- Working experience in semiconductor industry (3+ years)
- Taking ownership, working pro-actively & independently
- Excellent management skills & understanding of leadership
- Very good understanding of task dependencies & complexities and the ability to oversee the group tasks in cross-functional environment
- Good technical & analytical understanding
- Good understanding of basic quality requirements (5S, 8D, LOD, etc.)
- Very good communication skills in German and English
