Due to the constant growth of our customer needs, we are looking for a reliable personality!
Your Tasks:
- Within the team, you independently manage the procurement process from customer demand to delivery
- You organize the product journey for parts needed for maintenance of business, aircrafts including shipping documents (delivery notes, customs documents) and AWB
- You manage the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and paying for goods and services for your projects with bmd (IT tool)
- Evaluating and strategic sourcing of potential suppliers
- Management of stock and online platforms
- Management of inbound and outbound logistics Support
Your Profile:
- Experience in the fields of logistics, shipping and/or warehouse
- Proficient IT user skills (e.g. MS Office, bmd)
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English language, additional language (e.g. German) is a plus
- High level of customer service orientation
- Hands-on mentality
- Driving license is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Aviation (technical/operational) is a plus
- Unlimited permit to work in Austria required
Our Offer:
- After a very short time of introduction and training, you have taken over full responsibility within an international team
- Flexible working time on site or mainly from the home office, commitment to standby on one weekend per month

- The statutory minimum monthly salary for a full-time position is EUR 2.691 gross per month. The actual salary depends on your professional qualification and experience.
