What to expect from this role:
- Identify and prioritise potential partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including individual ambassadors, technology companies, industry associations, and third-party service providers.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with tset's objectives.
- Work cross-functionally within tset to leverage partnerships effectively and drive business outcomes.
- Implement strategies to foster engagement and collaboration among partners (e.g., by organizing webinars, workshops, and networking events).
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, including revenue impact and customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market to identify new partnership opportunities.
- University degree in business administration, management, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships in the b2b SaaS environment.
- Experience in and a good understanding of consulting in the areas of product profitability and manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Based in Vienna, fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel 20-25%.
