As a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM) you will play a critical role in driving customer success across the Business Suite, through and with our partners. You will guide partners on their cloud delivery development journey, building their cloud delivery capacity and capabilities across the Business Suite, enabling them to fully leverage SAP methodologies, platform and Integrated toolchain, as well as in embedding AI both within their own consulting practice and in their customer transformation programs.
The role combines responsibilities of managing partner relationships and overseeing their delivery development and execution, with a special focus on Cloud ERP. You will also facilitate alignment between the partner's delivery teams and SAP teams to ensure successful adoption.

- Partner Relationship & Delivery Management:
- Serve as the central advisor to partners for their SAP delivery practice development
- Monitor and develop partner delivery capacity and capabilities as per defined business plans, ensuring goals achievement and continuous delivery innovation development
- Drive regular business reviews (QBRs) with partners to assess their delivery performance, track progress, and initiate corrective actions.
- Facilitate resolution of escalations, ensuring successful go-lives and that insights from past projects are considered to enhance future project delivery.
- Ensure partners adopt SAP's best practices, including the SAP Partner Delivery Quality Framework.
- Innovation & Business Transformation:
- Guide partners to support their customers' transformation journey by fully adopting the SAP Business Suite, with a strong focus on Cloud ERP success.
- Act as the transformation partner, provide adoption guidance, ensuring partners' delivery teams fully embrace SAP methodology and best practices.
- Drive adoption of SAP Business AI, SAP BTP and the Integrated Toolchain, ensuring partners fully leverage SAP's technology stack in their projects.
- Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with customer success and adoption services teams, as well as the broader Partner Ecosystem organization to ensure cohesive partner development and delivery execution.
- Ensure transparency into partners' delivery execution both internally (i.e. HPI or other relevant internal systems) and towards customers (Competency Framework)
- Ensure that customers and partners understand the impact of SAP's cloud solutions and support continuous improvement in cloud consumption.
- Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in customer/partner facing roles within the software or technology industry.
- Technical/implementation experience with SAP Cloud ERP / SAP Cloud ERP Private
- Good understanding of SAP Business AI, BTP (application development, integration, data analytics) and BTM (i.e. Cloud ALM) portfolio
- Understanding of the broader SAP Business Suite solution scope.
- Experience in structuring and executing strategic business development programs across cross functional teams.
- Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's degree required. An MBA or similar advanced degree would be a plus.
- Relevant certifications in SAP project management or Cloud ERP.
- Soft Skills:
- Experience in handling C-level engagements for driving value realization.
- Solid communication and influencing skills in English. German or any other language from Central and Eastern Europe are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex partner and customer escalations in a diplomatic and efficient manner and ensure alignment of cross functional teams towards resolution.
- Ability to think strategically, demonstrate business acumen, promote continuous learning and development, and engage as a coach/guide
