What You Can Expect:

Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Acquire new customers (C level and above) to generate GP and shipment volumes.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
Account Development
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers with a focus on long-term value.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across air and ocean services.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Customer Strategy & Segmentation
  • Focus on acquiring and developing C, B, and A-level customers.
  • Support the transition of smaller (D-level) customers to inside sales where appropriate.
  • Contribute to account planning and segmentation strategies.
Sales Process & Tools
  • Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain high-quality data and reporting standards.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales or freight forwarding operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good commercial awareness with a focus on pricing and profitability
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
  • Results-driven, organized, and customer-focused mindset
