- Acquire new customers (C level and above) to generate GP and shipment volumes.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers with a focus on long-term value.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across air and ocean services.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Focus on acquiring and developing C, B, and A-level customers.
- Support the transition of smaller (D-level) customers to inside sales where appropriate.
- Contribute to account planning and segmentation strategies.
- Use CRM systems to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Maintain high-quality data and reporting standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales or freight forwarding operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good commercial awareness with a focus on pricing and profitability
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
