Description and Requirements

This role involves identifying learning needs, developing training content, facilitating learning sessions, and ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:
  • Develop and manage sales training programs that address the skills and knowledge needed for sales teams at all levels (e.g., onboarding, product and solution knowledge, customer relationship management, and leadership).
  • Create, update, and maintain training content, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals, sales strategy, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., sales leadership, HR, and product teams) to identify training needs and determine the best solutions.
Program Delivery:
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars to deliver sales learning programs.
  • Utilize a variety of learning modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of training events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and technology setup.
Training Effectiveness & Metrics:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs (e.g., adoption rates, sales performance improvements, employee feedback).
  • Analyze the impact of training programs on sales performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and improve future training initiatives.
Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and provide targeted learning interventions.
  • Equip sales teams with tools, resources, and support to reinforce learning and improve productivity.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales techniques, methodologies, and tools.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest sales training trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Continuously enhance the learning and development offerings based on feedback, industry changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with other learning and development teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational learning initiatives.
The salary lies above the minimum salary defined by " Kollektivvertrag Handel.
