- Drives, manages, coordinates and is responsible for the ramp-up phase of product launches to ensure smooth introduction of new products
- Identifies addresses solves or escalates issues that could jeopardize the customer ramp already during project phase
- Enables product, process and supply chain readiness to meet customer demands in the ramp-up phase
- Enables production capacity and BOM is in place (alignment with production sites, subcontractors etc...)
- Interface to project team for operations related topics before ramp-up starts: close cooperation with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, purchase teams
- Enables product release status fits to customer ramp-up plan (in-time C-sample release)
- Responsible for keeping product cost according to the target values throughout the project phase
- Supports and drives Sourcing Strategy decisions at the beginning of the project phase within a x-fctl team (including manufacturing, quality, supply chain and project members)
- Technical University/University of Applied Sciences in electronics, telematics, physics or equivalent areas
- Solid understanding of integrated circuit development and manufacturing processes (design, fabrication, packaging, test)
- Project management education and experience > 3 years
- Experience in dealing with customers is beneficial
- Highly structured and organized way of working
- High self-organizing skills and team player
- Fluent in English, German is beneficial
