Your key responsibilities
- Being our brainpower and information sharer for regional segment markets, customer needs and business drivers
- Collaborate with the Operating Unit teams to align on their local priorities and activation plans
- Take the initiative to lead product marketing & business development activities in line with budget priorities
- Engage with regional key customers to drive business development, and support negotiations
- Ensure CRM usage with pipeline opportunities to keep winning in the future
- Lead product technical marketing activities, including VM&S, competitor benchmarking, and launch packages, to empower our regional champions.
- A rich product portfolio and services based on scientific innovation and customer centricity

- At least 5 years of experience in technical, marketing, business development or commercial positions in Animal Nutrition businesses, extra points can be earned if this was in Gut Health
- A customer-centric and consultative solution selling approach
- A drive for impact, working collaboratively with local teams.
- Effective communication skills, including proficiency in English.
- A desire to maximize your personal strengths and contribute to our dynamic team.
