Top opportunity for the next step on the career ladder: We are looking for you as a sales personality "key accounts" in new customer sales (B2B) from the HR environment!

What you'll be doing
  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the key account sector and have a strong network in the HR environment.
  • You have a background in HR consulting, HR software, insurance or HR benefits (fringe benefits)
  • You are a strong networker and are able to generate leads and potential customers at C-level or management level or HR contact persons
  • You build long-term customer relationships and understand how to translate customer wishes into an optimal solution
  • Handling sales-related processes independently (from planning and negotiating prices and contracts to monitoring).
  • Presenting the company at trade fairs, events or industry events in the HR environment
  • You maintain our customer data in Salesforce on a daily basis
  • Manage and oversee sales activities and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team.

  • You are a strong networker
  • You have relevant experience in B2B sales and supporting key accounts
  • You have experience with tenders (an advantage)
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • You are an excellent presenter and have a professional demeanour
  • You are customer- and service-orientated
  • You have perfect German and good English skills
  • You have an affinity for numbers and are confident with MS Office and CRM systems
