- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich strategisch wichtige Großkundinnen (Corporate/International) und entwickelst nachhaltige, langfristige Partnerschaften auf Top-Management-Ebene
- Du setzt die Vertriebsstrategie im Markt und beim Kunden um und steuerst dein Account-Portfolio ergebnisorientiert
- Du erarbeitest fundierte Accountpläne, analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse ganzheitlich und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen im Bereich Fahrzeug- und Flottenmanagement
- Du begleitest den gesamten Kundenlebenszyklus - von der Übernahme neuer Kundinnen bis zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Beziehungen
- Du identifizierst und realisierst Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale für profitables Wachstum
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen und internationalen Schnittstellen zusammen und stellst eine exzellente Customper Experience sicher
- Du beobachtest Markt- und Branchentrends und leitest daraus strategische Maßnahmen für deine Key Accounts ab
- Du bringst dich als Sparringpartner*in aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebs- und Geschäftsprozessen ein
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. ein entsprechendes Studium
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management - idealerweise im Großkundensegment - mit
- Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche oder einem verwandten Umfeld ist ein klarer Vorteil
- Du trittst souverän, professionell und überzeugend auf
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du zeichnest Dich durch analytisches, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken aus
- Du bist verhandlungsstark, entscheidungsfreudig und übernimmst Verantwortung
- Neben deiner hohen Eigenständigkeit bist du ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
