About the role
- Management and ownership of your customer accounts in the On Trade channel, including C&C and WHS. Run full day-to-day business.
- Establish and foster relationships at customer level with decision-makers.
- Increase sales by identifying distribution opportunities, white spots, optimize promotional plans and activations together with support functions.
- Comprehensive analysis of the relevant customer and category data. Elaborate and implement tailormade and data driven customer strategy recommendations.
- Support development of customer specific marketing concepts and track via measures of success.
- Implement new product launches and campaigns.
- Facilitate category management projects.
- Collaboration with the field organization and important internal partners such as revenue growth management, customer activation, finance, logistics and customer experience teams
- Completed degree in business administration or comparable training/experience.
- Experience as key account manager on a national level or in a comparable position.
- Meaningful experience in the management of a major customer in the FMCG area.
- In-depth knowledge of the structures and processes in Austrian retail.
- Excellent analytical skills, assertiveness, interpersonal skills, self-starter
- Entrepreneurial and strategical ownership who enjoys teamwork but also working independently.
