Key Account Manager m/f/x
Location Ukraine
Your responsibilities:
• Visit and build long-term relationships with priority dental clinics and dental laboratories across Ukraine.
• Identify and approach high-potential VIP customers (clinics/labs) and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Manage and continuously expand the database of Key Accounts and VIP clients.
• Understand the specific needs of each client and provide personalized product and service solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class support to key accounts.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Organize educational events, workshops, and product demonstrations for key clients when needed.
• Monitor competitors' activity and provide market insights to internal stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs for the Key Account segment
Your qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in the dental, medical, or pharmaceutical sector.
• Higher education, preferably in dentistry, medicine, dental technology, or a related scientific field.
• Strong knowledge of the dental market in Ukraine is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• B2 /Fluent English
• Willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine.
• Experience working with dental product lines or technical dental knowledge.
• Previous experience in managing VIP clients or premium segment B2B customers.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven personality.
