What is my role?

As Key Account Manager in Austria, you will sell Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Products and Services to existing accounts and you are responsible for looking for new Sales Opportunities in Austria.

Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with Channels Sales Managers team and all central functions.

Your mission is developing end customers with our business partners to maximize the value being delivered to them.

Your goal is the acquisition of new customers and gaining market share. Focus is the Austrian Market.

What am I responsible for?
  • You build a strong relationship with new & existing end customers & Business Partners.
  • You create & maintain end customer relationships on all levels, IT, Procurement, Management, CxO level..
  • Your main goal it's the acquisition of New Logos: in your DNA there's 50% hunting profile
  • You ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded, the Account Manager implements the sales strategy.
  • You sell ALE's Converged solution portfolio to existing and new accounts.
  • You ensure the strong focus on creating new business, the Account Manager knows and has experience with sales instruments to create pipeline (Salesforce knowledge is a +).
  • You maintain the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise branding in your Account market by the creation of references with end customers to help Business Partners turn their customer relationship into long-term partnership.
  • You develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives, an accurate business plan and reporting is mandatory (quarterly forecast, biweekly commit))
  • Your Expertise and Experience in dealing with mid and large accounts at senior IT- and business level in Austria is a plus asset
  • As an Account Manager you are an ambassador for our company
Am I the right person for this position?

You define yourself as someone organized, structured, with a strong focus on "making the difference" mainly through your Hunter mindset? You look for a job where you could show your unique ability to making the "difference" through translation of product features into end customer value? You like to be on stage, with standing presentation ability?

With mazimum 10 years of experience in our IT sector, you have proven track record of successful sales in the Cloud/Communication/Networking Industry with Key Accounts, you have completed formal training in Sales techniques or equal by hunting new business experience. You can leverage your Knowledge of the Austria IT market with existing relationships.

With a great ability to network within a customer and partner organization to identify key influencers and decision makers, through the Commercial focus and negotiation skills.

Professional working proficiency in German and English, other languages are highly needed.
