APPLYOur client, very sucessfull international company and the world leader in the segment of industrial automation, is looking for Key Account Manager (Croatia). We are looking for a professional who is able to create an environment that ensures the implementation and development of company strategies on the level of Key customers (5-10 customers). About the role:

This role is a new position. The aim is to implement strategies on the Key customers level and gain additional market share as well as to increase productivity. The position holder should accept responsibility for business results, be able to manage complex business situations, evaluate customer needs and cooperate with other teams of experienced professionals

Task:
  • Responsibility for preparing business strategy and business development on Key Customer level
  • Business development with strategic and Sales Action Plan preparation on Customer level
  • Managing and coordination of all business activities related to Sales Action Plan
  • Establishing strategic goals on Key customer level and continuously evaluating their fulfilment
  • Project management
  • Regularly traveling and meetings at the customers
  • Regular reporting with using preparing tools and forms
  • Cooperating with individual business departments and customer service
  • Requirements:

  • Secondary/university education, preferably in a technical field (mechanical / electrical)
  • English at a very good level
  • Drive permission B
  • Experience in customer management and effective collaboration skills
  • Strategic and business thinking, orientation towards achieving results
  • Complex thinking
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and resistance to stress
  • KAM experience
