Our Internship in Sales is targeted at enthusiastic students or recent graduates who want to play an active role in a fast-growing start-up and are looking for an opportunity to learn and grow while also having fun!

HOW WE WORK AT CHECKYETI

At CheckYeti, we interact directly and collaborate closely with people across the company, from the founder and CEO to the different teams (Operations, Business Development, SEO & Content, Marketing, Product). Within the Sales team, we provide exceptional support to our outdoor activity customers and activity providers, ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences for both.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

After completing the first week of training and onboarding, you will seamlessly integrate into our Sales team, where you will:
  • Find the perfect offer for customers (private & group boat tours, rafting & canyoning, surfing, scuba diving, etc.) to best meet their needs, providing individual service and guidance.
  • Serve as the expert in your market, offering helpful and accurate advice on all our products.
  • Work with a cutting-edge AI Product Assistant and become the driving force behind it, leveraging your expertise to fine-tune its performance and ensure continuous innovation.
  • Represent the voice of CheckYeti and communicate with both customers and outdoor activity providers via phone, email, and the most well-known customer service software (Zendesk & Aircall).
  • Build strong relationships with our international partners and customers to craft and ensure unforgettable experiences.
  • Work closely with other teams, especially the Operations, Business Development, and Content teams, to find and implement creative solutions, prioritize tasks, and achieve common milestones.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong Communication and Closing Skills: You excel in clearly articulating ideas and closing deals effectively.
  • Time-Management Expertise: You are adept at prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent (C1 level) in English, French, and Spanish. Other languages, such as German, Italian, or Dutch, are a plus.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, are eager to learn, and are open to both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Can-Do Attitude: You embrace challenges, enjoy making things happen, and approach your work with a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Flexibility: You are available to work during public holidays, weekends, and peak seasons.
  • Passion for Outdoor Sports/Travel: You share our enthusiasm for outdoor sports, especially winter activities and/or the travel industry.
  • Educational Background: Whether you are a current student or a recent graduate in social science or a business-related field (Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, etc.), or an exceptional talent from diverse sectors, we encourage you to apply.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in tourism, sales (B2C), or startups is a plus.

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn a gross salary of 1,700 Euros per month, with the opportunity to earn a performance bonus of up to 255 Euros per month, paid at the end of the internship.
