We are looking for a motivated talent who can join us in January 2025 for a period of 6 months.

Job Description

PLANNING AND LOGISTICS

In this internship, you'll do the planning and logistics for the in-person CLP workshops and for the 2026 Global Content Summit. Therefore, you'll manage travel, accommodations, and transportation. You'll work with local contacts in the markets to book venues and arrange catering and team activities. Additionally, you'll support with conducting research, agenda design, and scheduling.

CONTENT CREATION SHAREPOINT

You'll make sure the Content Learning SharePoint page is always current and up to date with the latest content and information.

COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION

In this exciting role, you'll help coordinate and oversee the Quarterly Content Update. You'll support the management of production and filming schedule. You'll work with key stakeholders to determine topics, finalize scripts, film, and oversee post-production.

PREPARATION SCREENING ROOM

Another task will be to support the quarterly Screening Room. You'll book the location and arrange catering as well as collect content, create schedules and create decks.

Qualifications
  • Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree)
  • First experience in production, project and event coordination
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Cross functional collaboration- working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Time management, can work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge in storytelling, content and film is a plus

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.165,00 gross per month.
