RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • DEVELOPMENT OF SHOPPER ACTIVATION POS TOOLKITS

    You'll be responsible for inspiring the markets by developing global Shopper Activation POS Toolkits. In this role, you'll collaborate with creative agencies and production suppliers to create key assets for quick execution, ensuring premium in-store visibility.
  • DEVELOPMENT OF IN-STORE THEATRE POS TOOLS

    You'll expand and enhance our global in-store theatre POS portfolio in collaboration with Global Procurement. This role will also drive market engagement by creating excitement through internal communication platforms and integrating solutions into POS toolkits to boost adoption.
  • TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT FOR KEY ACCOUNTS

    You'll support Global Key Accounts by developing impactful in-store activation strategies tailored to shopper, retailer, and market needs. You'll have strong collaboration with the Global Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • COUNTRY COMMUNICATION LEAD TO HELP MARKETS ACHIEVE THE PERFECT STORE

    You'll be responsible to connect our Global Trade Marketing and Off-Premise community with key resources, including best practices, insights, and toolkits. You'll also be supporting markets throughout the business planning process and providing valuable feedback backed by actionable insights to drive success.
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or similar
  • Fluent in English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
  • Minimum 5+ years of FMCG experience within Sales, Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing, preferably within beverages
  • Proficient understanding of POS development and production
  • Understanding of sales processes and experience working with retailers
  • Innovative, solution-oriented and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
  • Advanced Power Point skills. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
  • Travel 0-10%
