The role of the International Field Sales Manager is to guide and support markets in developing and executing their Field Sales Strategy to achieve in-store execution targets (PSR and WvC). As the global owner of specific Field Sales solutions, this role provides expertise and best practices to enhance performance worldwide. Additionally, the International Field Sales Manager contributes to shaping the overall Global Field Sales Strategy, ensuring Red Bull stays ahead of the competition in an ever-evolving retail landscape.

  • Market Support

    You will be responsible for conducting regular field sales business review meetings with key markets, providing strategic guidance to elevate their field sales organizations. By reviewing and offering feedback on country-specific field sales plans and business cases, you will ensure alignment with global objectives. Your role includes on-site visits and task forces to address challenges and identify business opportunities in each market. Close collaboration with the area commercial team will be essential, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to global strategies. Additionally, you will guide markets in implementing global solutions to drive consistency and operational excellence.
  • Global Field Sales Strategy

    The Global Field Sales strategy is based on four key enablers, each playing a crucial role in achieving the vision of becoming the best-distributed and executed beverage brand:

    1. Identify Opportunities Leverage insights from the Global Execution Tracker (GET), third-party in-store execution audits, and multiple BI dashboards to uncover growth potential. Utilize relevant modules of the Territory Optimization Project to support data-driven decision-making.
    2. Set Up RTM Ensure that markets have the most effective store coverage plans by implementing the Territory Optimization Project. Oversee the Agency Management Process to guarantee collaboration with top field sales agencies for external headcount resources.
    3. Build the Best Team Support markets in structuring their field sales organizations with the right resources. Work closely with the Sales Athlete team to facilitate best-in-class training programs and establish effective motivation and reward mechanisms.
    4. Activate RTM Help markets set the right KPIs for their field sales teams and continuously optimize coverage plans based on business priorities. Support the implementation of the VIP program and ensure the effective use of Wingtips as a sales enablement tool.
  • Business Plan Process

    In collaboration with your Manager (Global Field Sales Manager), you will contribute to developing innovative, best-in-class business plans for various markets. Your role includes critically reviewing business cases, ensuring due diligence, conducting ROI post-analysis, and initiating necessary corrective actions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Budget Management

    You will be responsible for planning and managing your travel and project budgets in alignment with your Manager. Ensuring cost efficiency while achieving strategic objectives will be a crucial aspect of your role.
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years of field sales management experience in the FMCG industry, including expertise in route-to-market management and store-level retail operations.
  • Bachelor-level degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in team management, project management, and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Travel 20-30%
