Job Description

DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS

In this role, you'll shape Red Bull's Global On Premise Event Strategy and ensure it aligns with our overall marketing approach. You'll collaborate closely with HQ teams (Brand, Culture, Sports, Media) to drive a unified vision and support our Top 25 markets in implementing impactful event concepts. Your focus will be on evolving existing tools, creating unforgettable in-person experiences for B2B and B2C audiences, and identifying new partnership revenue streams. You'll also lead business planning, optimize budgets and team structures, track event performance, and stay ahead of market trends to drive innovation.

EVENT EXECUTION

In this role, you'll lead, guide, and at times directly execute Red Bull's global On Premise event series, such as Red Bull Unforeseen. You'll conduct market visits with key countries, creating tailored action plans and adapting global tools to local needs and opportunities. Working closely with brand marketing, you'll help develop high-impact consumer activations that amplify the reach and effectiveness of our events. You'll also define and share best practices and benchmarks across markets, identifying gaps and growth opportunities, while challenging local teams to continuously elevate their performance.

EVENT INNOVATION

You'll co-create, develop, and deliver Red Bull events in close collaboration with local markets and external partners. Together with the markets, you'll introduce innovative event concepts and series designed to drive consumption and strengthen Red Bull's relevance across key occasions.

EFFECTIVE NETWORK AND INDUSTRY MARKETING

In this role, you'll build and nurture a strong network of external promoters, influencers, national decision-makers, and local scene experts. You'll help develop and evolve holistic industry marketing strategies, supporting markets in their implementation. These strategies will be key to strengthening relationships with key decision-makers and staff, ultimately enhancing Red Bull's presence and influence within the event industry.

EMBODYING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE

You'll embody and promote the Red Bull On Premise culture by demonstrating the "Art of Musketeering" in everything you do. With a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, you'll actively represent the Red Bull brand and product to both internal teams and the broader On Premise network. You'll ensure that all festival and event activities reflect Red Bull's premium image and core values. Additionally, you'll take ownership of delivering workshops with key markets, supporting rollout and follow-up, while also onboarding, training, and coaching National On Premise Marketing and Event Managers to drive consistent excellence.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales and/or consumer events, with deep knowledge of On Premise event marketing and the festival industry

University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience

Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages advantageous, but not required

Strong network within the event and festival scene, with proven success in building partnerships and driving impact

Excellent project management and planning skills, including budget control and cross-functional collaboration

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with experience in presenting, training, and leading teams

Creative, hands-on, and flexible mindset, willing to work nights and weekends, and thrive in a team-driven environment

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.139 gross per month.
