Job Description
LEAD AND MANAGE THE GLOBAL PSA PROGRAM AND PSA LITE PROGRAM
You'll manage global agency partners and the global budget, identify efficiency opportunities in budget and data accuracy, and improve core processes such as store sampling and planning. You'll drive in-store execution visibility by optimizing country store samples, support PSA guidance materials and global communication, and ensure two global agencies meet KPIs, deliverables, and performance standards, including during agency transitions.
ACT AS THE PERFECT STORE INSIGHTS AMBASSADOR WITHIN THE GLOBAL OFF PREMISE TEAM
You'll inspire teams to use Perfect Store data by building and sharing best practices and enabling countries to turn in-store execution insights into action. You'll work closely with the wider Off Premise team on cross-departmental insights projects, develop and deliver quarterly updates on global in-store execution performance, support the Global Head of Sales Data Management with ad-hoc analyses, and provide feedback on business plans for Perfect Store and related initiatives.
MANAGE THE PERFECT STORE TEAM'S SHAREPOINT PAGES
You'll maintain the SharePoint intranet pages with up-to-date Perfect Store information and training materials, manage the global PSA and PSA Lite intranet pages, oversee internal documentation for the Parameter Maintenance tool, and support the ongoing maintenance of the PSP Reporting SharePoint page.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a business analyst or in an insights position, Trade Marketing or Field Sales , preferably in the FMCG industry
University Degree in Business/Commerce, technology or other related disciplines
Experience managing external partners or agencies, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with functional awareness of BI and analysis tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly and effectively
Team-oriented, well-organized, self-driven, and flexible, with the ability to work cross-culturally and collaborate effectively with international sales teams and diverse internal and external stakeholders
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
