RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • IN A NUTSHELL

    You'll support global contract negotiations, drive data preparation and concept selling, and ensure smooth administrative processes, including contract management and invoicing. You'll also foster our global discount community and enhance cross-functional collaboration through data-driven insights.
  • SUPPORT MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS

    You'll support International Key Account Managers in contract negotiations by preparing data-driven insights, argumentation, and documentation, while creating business reviews and tailored concept sells for discount customers. You'll ensure accurate contract management in relevant systems and analyze key regional discount customers to identify opportunities, challenges, and scalable solutions for local markets.
  • GLOBAL STRATEGY AND MARKET SUPPORT

    You'll lead our global discount community, sharing best practices, creating engaging content, and continuously improving key knowledge platforms. You'll drive and strengthen the Key Account Framework, support markets in their annual planning, and provide hands-on guidance to help countries successfully deploy the global sales strategy and optimize local discount key account management.
  • CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS AND COLLABORATION

    You'll drive the development of a global discount data dashboard in close collaboration with the sales data and analytics team, leveraging insights to strengthen analytical capabilities and enable fact-based negotiations and planning. You'll prepare standardized reports and summaries for the international discount team and support cross-functional projects-such as portfolio optimization and international activations-by providing data-driven insights, documentation, and organizational support.
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • First experience in FMCG sales or within a retailer/discounter
  • University degree or comparable education
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
  • Experience with administrative, process-driven, and analytical tasks, including contracts, data maintenance, analyses, and invoicing
  • Strong analytical and methodical skills, comfortable working with numbers, reports, Excel, and preparing clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent communication skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn about key account management, discount retail, and international customer management
  • Travel 0-10%
