Job Description
SFA TOOL DEVELOPMENT & FEATURE EVOLUTION
In this role, you'll act as the business product owner for the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool, shaping and prioritizing the global feature roadmap in alignment with commercial execution needs. You'll define business requirements and co-create user stories for new features such as asset tracking, image recognition, order taking, and route planning. Close collaboration with IT teams and external vendors will be key to ensuring timely and high-quality development and delivery. You'll also lead user acceptance testing (UAT), manage end-user feedback loops for continuous enhancements, and support rollout planning in coordination with your peers.
STRATEGY ALIGNMENT & EXECUTION INTEGRATION
As part of this role, you'll ensure that SFA capabilities are fully aligned with key commercial strategies, including Perfect Store, Route-to-Market, and Channel Execution-working especially closely with On-Premise sales counterparts to drive consistency in execution tracking across all channels. You'll be responsible for embedding execution KPIs into the field execution tool that reflect strategic business objectives. Additionally, you'll support annual planning, budgeting, and tool cost optimization in close collaboration with the IT and On-Premise teams.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & GOVERNANCE
In this role, you'll build strong partnerships with local markets, Sales, Trade Marketing, On-Premise, and Data Management teams to drive tool adoption and ensure its continued strategic relevance. You'll collaborate closely with the Sales Data Management & Insights teams to standardize performance metrics and reporting frameworks. Additionally, you'll coordinate governance processes, manage steering committee inputs, and lead stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and transparency across all levels.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in CPG Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Enablement
University of higher college education in Business and/or Technology, or related field
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Solid expertise in sales execution and digital tools within CPG environments
Proven experience in tool development, project management, and continuous improvement
Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across diverse markets
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, PowerPoint, and BI tools is a plus, as these are commonly used in the role
Strong analytical and communication skills; thrives in fast-paced, multicultural settings
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.691 gross per month.
