Job Description
CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
In this role, you'll strategically develop our E-Commerce category strategy for our customers, and support our markets to achieve their business goals. In addition, you'll turn insights into actions by executing, analysing, and evaluating category plans. You'll utilise knowledge of the channel, markets, customers/players, and Category Management to facilitate the customer business planning process and lead the dialogue across the organisation.
SUPPORT LOCAL MARKETS & RETAILERS
You'll establish and maintain a partnership with Retail Partners in the development of strategic plans for category management and provide leading edge category management solutions. You'll provide strategic direction to local teams and implement category development programs by leading the dialogue to focus on category growth opportunities. In addition, you'll lead Category Engagement with leading retailers across multiple markets and develop and facilitate top-to-top meetings with key retailers.
TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE HUB
You'll work with Global, Regional & Local Trade Marketing teams to facilitate and further develop and refine Red Bull's globally leading Category Management training programs. You'll be responsible for the E-Commerce Category Management curriculum, upskilling Red Bull markets with the relevant content. You'll create the Red Bull Category Management playbook for E-Commerce.
STORYTELLING & "SO WHAT?"
You'll focus on transforming raw data into selling stories that address specific business needs and communicate findings of analysis on key platforms (SharePoint, Webinars, Podcasts). You'll understand the needs, expectations, and ways of working of your stakeholders to deliver impactful selling material based on shopper data. You will represent the voice of the Category at different Summits Globally and present to large audiences.
CHANNEL EXPERTISE
You'll be responsible for ensuring that our teams across the world have the best resources and knowledge when it comes to the E-Commerce channel, working in close collaboration with our E-Commerce teams. You will establish yourself as an expert and sought-after opinion leader internally and externally with our customers.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in category management and/or trade marketing roles with customer facing experience. Ideally, a minimum of 2 years spent in an E-commerce function
Extensive knowledge in working with data (e.g., Nielsen IQ, Circana, etc.) as well as strong analytical skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Planogram software (e.g., Blue Yonder JDA, Nexgen)
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry; ideally experience in food & beverage as well as E-Commerce ecosystems
Strong attention to detail, process driven and structured
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey analytical insights across all levels of the organisation, as well as to deliver presentations and training sessions
Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3.220 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
