- Technical and disciplinary leadership
- Ensuring plant availability and implementing maintenance strategies
- Responsibility for the successful completion of all tasks of the working group-in particular commissioning, ongoing maintenance, sustainable repair, and improvement of manufacturing equipment in the WET area and associated tools
- Effective communication internally, externally, and with other relevant departments and stakeholders (e.g., process, engineering, line control, facility, equipment suppliers, etc.)
- Optimization of personnel, equipment, and process resources for optimal productivity (increasing machine availability, OEE, cost reduction, planning and implementation of improvement projects)
- Strategic planning of required tool capacities/capabilities to achieve optimal productivity and quality
- Responsibility for the maintenance of production equipment (selection, commissioning, design, compliance with safety standards, creation of maintenance plans and equipment checks, compliance with 5S guidelines)
- Recording and reporting performance and costs with a focus on production targets, including defining and implementing improvement projects
- Completed technical education - either HTL/technical college or vocational training including several years of technical work experience
- Experience in leadership desirable
- Leadership skills, ability to act as a role model and delegate
- Experience in the fields of mechatronics, electronics, and network technology
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
- Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and make decisions
- Team player who communicates proactively with colleagues
- Fluent German and English skills
