We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager / Technical Assistant, to oversee the maintenance, security, and operations of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems function efficiently, safety protocols are followed, and the facility meets the needs of employees and visitors.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager / Technical Assistant, to oversee the maintenance, security, and operations of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems function efficiently, safety protocols are followed, and the facility meets the needs of employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate & oversee the maintenance and operations of the facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage facility-related relationships with local authorities and service providers, and coordinate rental contracts.
- Execute building renovations and space replanning for activities in the workshop, external storage facilities and office spaces.
- Oversee security systems and ensure a safe work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for scrapping of used parts, cleaning, disposal removal security, and maintenance.
- Conduct routine facility inspections, manage miscellaneous installations, and implement scheduled maintenance plans.
- Provide basic technical support on request to the engineering team (for flight tests, 3d printing, etc.)
- Basic technical education (HTL, technical vocational school or similar)
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to coordinate and be hands-on at the same time
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and systems
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations
- Problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
