Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator (Remote, Austria) (m/f/d)
Location: 100% Remote - Austria
Salary: €3,000 - €3,500 gross/month
Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term (1-3 months) with potential for permanent hire
The Role
- We are looking for a proactive Administrative / Personal Assistant (m/f/d) to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows within our growing team. This is a fully remote position within Austria. The role starts as a fixed-term contract (1-3 months) with the strong possibility of permanent employment based on performance.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and databases
- Support the Chief Administrative Officer in daily tasks
- Communicate with internal and international teams
- Manage emails and digital correspondence
- Create, format, and edit documents and presentations
- Prioritize tasks and assist with ongoing projects
- Ensure efficient and smooth administrative processes
