As Digital Product Manager, you'll play a key role contributing to a portfolio of products and services used globally for the collection, processing and storage of consumer data. The Portfolio's goal is to support simple business workflows, deliver a great user experience, and minimize legal liabilities for the organization.
Job Description
Product Strategy
In this role, you'll contribute to the periodic calibration of the product- and service portfolio' strategy, which will put user needs centre stage and support the overall business strategy.
Initiative Discovery & -Delivery
You'll also be entitled to identify, formalize and compile a short-, mid- and long term roadmap for the portfolio. You'll engineer requirements and prepare agency briefs, foster business buy-in for your road map, report on the status of ongoing initiatives and oversee the execution of initiatives. On the other hand, you'll prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of features and enhancements. Finally, you'll monitor and evaluate product performance to identifying and propose areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management
Another part of the role will require you to act as an interface towards a multitude of stakeholders, covering the range of global marketing, -legal, engineering and fellow -product teams. There, you'll help to foster a common understanding on the vision and priorities for the product- and service portfolio and facilitate buy-in for any changes.
Product Operations
Last but not least, you'll execute business critical operations within your product- and service portfolio. You'll assess whether Marketing Initiatives are suitable for set up in your portfolio and will support Marketing Managers with the collection, processing and storage of consumers' data.
Qualifications
4+ years of work experience in digital product- or project management
Experience working with project management-, design- and product development tools
Experience in an agile and entrepreneurially spirited environment
Experience working with legal experts on compliance topics preferable
Grit and a keen desire to initiate, drive and execute projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
