As a Customer Service Specialist for the Kart Business and Jet Propulsion System, you play a key role in ensuring high-level support for our global customers in all sales-administrative matters. This position is critical in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and is a vital link between the business unit and the wider organization. You will also contribute directly to strategic initiatives led by the Business Unit Lead.
You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 49,411.32 gross/year, flexitime, in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.

As a Customer Service Specialist for the Kart Business and Jet Propulsion System, you play a key role in ensuring high-level support for our global customers in all sales-administrative matters. This position is critical in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and is a vital link between the business unit and the wider organization. You will also contribute directly to strategic initiatives led by the Business Unit Lead.
- Serve as a professional and knowledgeable point of contact for our distribution network and customer base.
- Deliver efficient and timely execution of administrative and logistical tasks.
- Proactively contribute to service and system improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT, Material Planning, Assembly, etc.).
- Act as a visible and competent representative of the company, supporting its brand, values, and customer-first philosophy.
- Independently manage and organize assigned customer accounts with a high degree of responsibility.
- Serve as the primary interface between international customers and internal departments such as Production and Logistics, ensuring seamless coordination of shipments and pickups.
- Execute customer service tasks independently, particularly in order processing and forecast management.
- Actively participate in ERP-related projects (e.g., SAP S4, SalesForce), supporting the implementation and optimization of internal systems and workflows.
- Manage administrative processing of customer orders and forecasts using ERP tools.
- Oversee approvals related to credit limits.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales administration environment
- Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HBLA)
- Very good knowledge of import and exports documentations
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
