For their newly established department in Pécs, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on an exciting role in a dynamic, international, and friendly work environment.Your Responsibilities:
  • Processing orders from inquiry to invoicing
  • Coordinating delivery schedules, acting as an interface between production planning and sales
  • Providing telephone customer support
  • Managing correspondence and customer interactions
  • Preparing and following up on customer meetings
  • Handling customer claims
  • General office organization and administrative tasks
  • Document management
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Fluent Hungarian, good English or German skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enjoy working on the phone
  • Independent, reliable, proactive, and highly service- and customer-oriented personality
