APPLYOur client is an Austrian innovative company in the field of medical technology, specializing in the development and production of high-quality medical devices. With a strong focus on quality, technological excellence and customer satisfaction, the company provides solutions that are used worldwide in renowned medical facilities. To lead the team in Italy, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated personality.Your Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Monitor P&L, balance sheet, sales, operating profit, cash targets, KPIs, working capital, and cash flow, monthly reporting, quarterly sales forecast, and improvement of cash collection, collaboration with tax advisor and lawyer
  • Sales & Marketing: Drive & manage sales, develop marketing tools, tender preparation, surgeon training, website/brochure updates, competitor analysis, Representation at congresses and meetings, New Product Development consulting, effective CRM
  • Human Resources: Recruitment, performance management, training & development
  • Quality/Regulatory: Ensure compliance with Italian law and internal regulations, product & incident reporting
  • Finance & Supply Chain: legal reporting, monitor supply chain, stock turnover, inventory effectiveness
Your Profile:
  • Completed technical or commercial education
  • Profound working experience in the medical technology industry
  • Significant leadership experience in a management role
  • Established network with healthcare professionals, particularly doctors and hospitals
  • Solid experience in sales, marketing, and P&L management
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Italy
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic business mindset, solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
