Responsibilities
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung des Tagesgeschäftes rund um den gesamten Back-Office Bereich
- Schnittstelle zu den österreichischen Außendienst-Mitarbeitern und zu unseren Ansprechpartnern konzernintern auf EMEA-Ebene
- Analyse und Kalkulationen von Verkaufszahlen sowie Erstellen von Verkaufsberichten
- Datenmanagement: Kundenstammdaten, Preise
- Unterstützung von Verkaufsprojekten
- Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen (intern/extern)
- Bereitstellen regulatorischer und produktespezifischer Stammdaten (MDD/MDR, GTIN, Zertifkate)
- Unterstützung im Kongressmanagement
- Organisationstalent mit vielfältigem & abwechslungsreichem Aufgabengebiet
- Erste Berufserfahrung gewünscht
- Hohe IT Affinität (MS Office, Oracle, branchenbezogene Tools)
- Flexibilität & Eigenverantwortung, hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamplayer
