Responsibilities:
- Achiev ing sales goals and execution metrics that ensure on-time and quality customer deals.
- Build ing enduring relationships with sales teams and customers, providing advice, consultation, and guidance in complex commercial scenarios, providing strategic direction to all stakeholders.
- Managing sales and management teams through sales process optimizing for the right level of investment and customi s ation .
- Design ing and agree ing on the best commercial Volume Licensing deals through the definition and negotiation of commercial terms, whilst meeting customer needs.
- Defin ing and negotiat ing complex commercial terms, guiding the negotiation strategy by engaging with both external and internal stakeholders. Act as the primary negotiator to achieve successful deals with customers.
- Acting as the escalation point for discount deals or adjustments to customer contract terms and conditions.
- Manag ing any discounting or changes to Volume Licensing customer contractual terms.
- Collaborat ing with various sellers, both internally and externally to Microsoft, such as channel partners, Sales Specialists teams, Microsoft account teams, and other technical solution sellers to achieve revenue targets.
- Experience negotiating deals as an account manager or in a salesor procurement role
- Regular interact ion with executive level decision-makers
- Experience working within enterprise scale organisations
- Fluency German and English, and able to use both in a professional environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management , Information Technology, Law, Marketing, Finance (or equivalent) OR equivalent work experience
